1. No Refunds After Session Start

Once a scheduled session has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Discretionary Refunds and Discounts

Any refunds, credits, or discounts offered before the session begins are entirely at the sole discretion of the proprietor, Kristy Lyon. Issuing such accommodations does not obligate the proprietor to offer similar accommodations in the future.

3. Missed or Cancelled Appointments

If you miss or cancel a session without proper notice (as defined in our booking terms or confirmation emails), no refund will be granted. If you believe you have a unique circumstance, you may contact us, but adjustments remain at Kristy Lyon’s sole discretion.

4. Technical Issues or Platform Errors

In the rare event that a session is disrupted due to a technical issue attributable to our platform or systems, please notify us as soon as possible. Kristy Lyon will assess the situation and may, at her sole discretion, offer a rescheduled session, partial refund, or credit.
